SGB_0721An award-winning PR firm have become the final tenants to move into a new office unit at Cottesbrooke Park in Daventry after taking the opportunity to adapt and evolve with the growing demand for its services.

Thanks to a deal with Westleigh Commercial, the aptly named Evolution PR relocated from its former offices at The Abbey Centre in Daventry to a brand new office unit at the £2.5m business park.

Agreeing a five year lease, the PR firm, which represents international toy companies and the National Insulation Association amongst other clients, moved into its new premises in July after outgrowing its old office space.

Managing Director of Evolution PR, Michele Bates runs the company with her Husband and fellow director Steve and has seen the business grow from a small firm into one of the region’s leading PR firms over the past ten years. She comments, “Having been based in the same offices since our establishment, we came to the point where there was literally no more room to grow. We felt that after 10 years it was time to move forward.

Cottesbrooke Park caught our attention thanks to its good location just outside the town centre and its close proximity to the road networks. The office itself was brand new and offered greater space over two floors, making it perfect for us to adapt to growing client needs by creating a stock room and meeting room. Our workforce of 12 staff has also expressed their happiness at the move, which has resulted in a professional, light and spacious working environment.

Westleigh were a great help when it came to our move and were on hand every step of the way, allowing us to make the office our own PR hub. We now look forward to expanding our services further and developing our online venture UKMUMS.TV.”

Matt Moore, Property Director at Westleigh Developments, comments “We are delighted to have been able to offer Evolution PR a brand new office space from which to develop their successful business further. The Park itself has proved extremely popular with local firms thanks to its location and its ability to offer in total 30,000 sq ft of space and we are looking forward to future projects within the area.”
